Local Playa lakes provide some incredible duck action that is second to none and the numbers of cranes in the area is amazing as well. Ducks start arriving in early October, and by the first of November there are large populations of pintails, mallards, widgeon, green wing teal, gadwall, and some divers including redheads and canvasbacks. In the past two seasons we have harvested 550+ Sandhill cranes. Maximum group of five, minimum of three people for crane hunts to insure a quality and enjoyable hunt.
